A harmonious blend of Japanese and Scandinavian design principles focusing on simplicity, functionality, and a connection with nature. This style emphasizes minimalism, clean lines, natural materials, and a neutral color palette. The goal is to create a serene and clutter-free environment that fosters tranquility and mindfulness.

The zoning plan illustrated in the provided images organizes the dual-family villa according to Vastu Shastra principles, emphasizing both shared and private spaces for optimal functionality and harmony.

Additional Elements:

  • Continuous Water Feature: Connects the indoor living areas to the outdoor spaces, promoting a sense of unity and tranquility throughout the property.
  • Out House (Orange): Situated in the South-West corner, designed for utility and storage, ensuring that the main living areas remain uncluttered.

The final design

  • Large windows and glass walls are incorporated to maximize natural light and provide seamless views of themed gardens and water bodies. This connection with nature is central to both Japandi aesthetics and Vastu principles.
  • The use of vertical louvers, wooden slats, and organic shapes for architectural elements promotes a natural and elegant look. Natural materials like wood and stone are used to enhance the aesthetic appeal and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
  • Central water features and landscaped pathways enhance the serene environment, offering a calming visual focal point. These elements align with Vastu’s emphasis on natural elements to balance energy.
  • Separation of Private and Shared Spaces: The villa is designed to balance shared common areas with distinct private zones. Separate entrances and sound insulation ensure privacy and minimize disturbances.
  • Vertical Separation: Staggered floor plans or split levels are used to provide vertical separation of private areas, further enhancing privacy while maintaining a cohesive architectural design.
